The Colonnades at Reflection Bay is a 180-bed senior community that provides residential health services (licensed as a skilled nursing facility). Unlike traditional nursing homes and assisted living facilities, The Colonnades at Reflection Bay offers services to care for the whole person, beyond just their medical needs. The facility is located at 12001 Shadow Creek Parkway, Pearland TX 77584 (just south of Sam Houston Tollway/Loop 8 and just west of State Highway 288).

The Colonnades at Reflection Bay is one of the participating 24 Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Methodist SNF Network. The Colonnades works closely with Methodist Hospital to lower readmission rates, to provide quality care and extended services for our patients. Of the 75 facilities located in the Houston, Texas market, only 24 were selected for this program. The selection process is based heavily on the facilities ability to manage various levels of acuity, nursing and therapy staff ratios, expedite referral processes, and past survey results.
