Darren Speed is the Director of Revenue Compliance for Cantex Continuing Care Network (CCCN). He is responsible for overseeing the Medicare and Medicaid program integrity process regarding financial regulatory compliance standards. He also oversees the appeal process for any payment that has been denied.

Mr. Speed began his long-term care career as a Speech and Language Pathologist in at Brookhaven Hospital in 1996. From 1997 to 2000, he served as Regional Manager over 10 facilities for Key Rehab and was named Regional Director of Operations for Alterra Healthcare in 2001. In 2004, he joined Concentra Healthcare as an Area Administrator and returned to pathology services from 2005 to 2009, managing patient loads for various hospitals, home health and skilled nursing facilities. In 2009, Rehab Choice hired Mr. Speed as Regional Clinical Manager in charge of daily operations for rehab contracts throughout Texas. He joined Cantex in 2010.

His comprehensive knowledge of rehabilitation operations and administration helps Cantex maintain its quality performance in long-term care. He received his B.S. in Speech and Language Pathology from Oklahoma State University in 1994 and his M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Tulsa in 1996.
