Debbie Johnson is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator and the Director of Clinical Operations for Cantex Continuing Care Network (CCCN). She is responsible for designing, implementing, promoting and evaluating clinical resident care programs in compliance with the various government regulatory agencies.

She began her career as Director of Nurses for the Dallas Home for Jewish Aged in 1985 and advanced to Assistant Administrator/Financial Coordinator for the organization in 1995. In 2002, Stonegate Senior Care hired her as a Corporate Nurse Consultant, where she supported clinical services until joining Senior Management Services of America as Director of Clinical Services in 2004. Ms. Johnson joined Cantex in 2007 as Regional Director of Clinical Services, before advancing to the position of Director of Clinical Operations in 2011. Her clinical experience, refined management and interpersonal skills, and passion for elder care and advocacy lend strength to the Cantex team.

Ms. Johnson received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 1983 and brings 29 years of long-term care experience to Cantex.
