The Quality Rating Score is a Texas web-based consumer informational guide designed to provide comparative data about all Texas nursing homes. The Quality Rating Score (QRS) highlights (4) methods of determining quality: Quality of care, quality of life, coupled with state and federal regulatory compliance which is partially driven from customer satisfaction.
